Crisp ’n Sweet combines the rich sweetness and juiciness of “traditional” European pears with the crisp refreshing texture of Asian pears. Crisp ’n Sweet has high resistance to fire blight, and unlike most pears, the blossoms are frosttolerant. Ripens mid August. Zones 5-7. Green Jade cultivar. PP14043
