Marigolds add cheer to any sunny bed, border or container. These annuals are super easy to grow from seed started indoors or in the garden. Transplant outside after danger of frost has passed. Remove the faded flowers to encourage continuous bloom.

| Comments: Striking colors and dependable garden performance have made the Boy marigolds an American classic. Dwarf (8-10 in.) plants are loaded with 1-1/2 in. blooms all summer. This Boy Marigold mix contains 64065-Orange Boy, 64069-Golden Boy, 64070 Harmony Boy (gold/red), 64067-Yellow Boy, and 64066 Spry Boy (yellow/red), with crested centers. The French marigolds have a longer blooming season than the African marigolds. They generally bloom from spring until frost. The French marigolds also hold up better in rainy weather. PLANTING: Sow seed as soon as the weather is warm and danger of frost is past. Seed can also be started indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting. This variety prefers full sun and average soil. Plant seeds 1/4shouldbedeleted deep and 2-3 inches apart in rows 12 inches apart. Germination should take place in 7-14 days. CARE: Water well during dry weather and mulch to reduce weeds.
