this eggplant tastes even better than any purple eggplant I have tried. The skin is also softer. My brother hates eggplant BUT will eat this one.

An eggplant with potential

We were well pleased with our first crop of the Lavender Touch variety. It tastes great and has a lot of eye appeal. The plants are productive and hold up well under the weight of the fruit.
