| Comments: A woody shrub. Somewhat difficult to grow. Keep in about 4 hours of direct sun in winter; provide curtain-filtered sun from west or south window in summer. Keep very moist at all times, but do not allow to stand in water. Requires moist air. Day temperature 65-70 degrees F; night temperature 50-55 degrees F. Leaves will drop if soil is too wet or too dry. Will not bloom if light is too low or if night temperature exceeds 65 degrees F. Benefits from a summer outdoors in light shade. FERTILIZE WITH LIQUID HOUSEPLANT FOOD AT 1/2 STRENGTH.
